ESPO pops up in Spring Arts!

What a way to end the decade, with a dedication, to a bank that invests in love!Steve Powers AKA ESPO came through and painted the outside of a recently vacated bank building on Spring Garden, riffing as he does, off of sayings related to banking and money and making it a positive statement for the neighborhood. To sweeten the pot, he held a 1 day pop up selling limited edition Philly-centric prints and free screen printing on any item you brought in.
