Aloha @ The Viaduct

Join us on Wednesday, July 15th from 6-9 pm as co-founder of Tender Greens, Chef Erik Oberholtzer and Peter Slavin of Ice Sculpture Philly create a Poke Bar at The Viaduct in Spring Arts (10th + Hamilton Street).

Inspired by Erik and Peter’s years working as chefs in Hawaii, they'll be creating an ice bar filled with sustainably caught Hawaiian style Poke and summer sides. The ice bar will be carved live on-site by Peter. Your $50 ticket includes food, refreshing Roy Pitz's beer and a fireside chat.

We are creating an island oasis for people to enjoy our urban escape under the Rail Park while also highlighting the menu's purpose - raising awareness around the importance of a sustainable seafood supply chain. We will be sourcing from traceable fisheries that prioritize transparency in the food system.
