I created this space way pre-COVID to be an experience. An experience while sipping a whiskey, listening to blues and tasting the most heart warming, comforting and simple foods .... Things and the world got away from me but I'm back and I want you to feel this experience with me... and if you like it, let your friends know, and then let's roll it out 1 Friday night a month..... This is the preview and we will only sell 50 seats

Your Ticket includes:

3 hours of great live blues jams from 7 - 10PM

A neat pour of our newest hand selected barrel of Maker's Mark and a craft whiskey cocktail, then bottomless red and white wine will be served

A first course of prime selected meats, skewered and cooked simply over the fire and served over a bed of fresh picked and lightly seasoned herbs with pistachios

A second of Slow Fire Roasted Shallot and Whole Clams Chowder served with honey from the rooftop and warm bread to break

Third, Coconut Milk, Lime and Chili Marinated Chicken Thighs, Slow Roasted in the Coals with Green Cabbage, served simply over coconut and ginger rice
