#CohereFoodLab LUNCH & LEARNS – 30 min virtual session
We have been hosting events at the intersection of design + food + sustainability since January. Our lunch & learns are a chance to meet chefs, farmers, learn techniques and about projects that are changing the landscape of our food system and more. You can expect topics at the edge of trends in the food world such as biodiversity, regenerative organic agriculture and hyper local access.

On April 1st at 12pm Chef Erik Oberholtzer & host Antoinette Marie Johnson will be serving up:

  • Spring Salad with Asparagus, Carrots and Local Greens, learn Erik’s simple dressings and the basics that helped Erik build a 34 restaurant empire
  • Useful food shopping and storing tips to keep your produce fresh during COVID isolation
  • Tour the #CohereFoodLab with a hydroponic garden, meet our live baby chickens! And learn about some sustainable food products that are making an impact on the Pennsylvania regional economy
